Training and Placement @ AEI has become a strategic role player than just a mere functional department by playing a more proactive role and helps to meet the challenges of external environment dynamics due to policy changes and job market scenario. The Training and Placement department of AEI is a team of experienced & hard-core professionals.
We continuously strive to help students in pursuing their career goals via regular interaction with corporate professionals through Seminars and Workshops. AEI also has tied up with various employability platforms to provide maximum placement opportunities.
AEI believes entrepreneurship is the key that can unlock India’s latent inventive potential. For this, an entrepreneurship cell has been established under National Level Entrepreneurship Development Organizations to encourage self- employment model. The Training and Placement Department has close interaction with students for their assessment, evaluation and development to enable them to meet the challenges of recruitment process.
Exams for Placement @ AEI
The Training and Placement department also arranges and facilitate industry endorsed tests like AMCAT, NACTECH and MERRITRAC which are recognized by a major segment of industries and companies.
Industrial training plays a significant role in the continuous upgradation of the skill-set of the students to keep them abreast of the latest developments and requirements of the corporate house.
Training and Placement department facilitates six months compulsory industrial training in reputed corporate for the students and arranges for their suitable placements in big and medium sector enterprises. It also provides guidance and support to the students for their Summer Training and Projects.
The Training and Placement Department endeavours to provide the students a platform to showcase their academic abilities and technical skills to a wide range of industries and companies, so that they may get a suitable job. Apart from the training, the main objective of Training and Placement department is to arrange On Campus/Off Campus recruitment drives to the passed and passing out students.
Our previous years’ students were placed with reputed companies like Grapecity, Agilent, Roop Auto, SubexWorld, Hyundai Motors India Ltd. Cognizant, CSC, Syntel, Nokia-Siemens Network, R Systems, Wipro, HCl Technologies, Aricent, NIIT Vinove, Aricent Technologies, etc.
