The Department of Electronics & Communication aims to prepare its students proficiently and nurture engineering professionals for challenging as well as rewarding careers in all phases of engineering activities ranging from R&D, product design to development and manufacturing through delivering first-class engineering education, teaching excellence and providing opportunity for leadership development. The department contributes to the mission of the College to create, preserve, and disseminate knowledge by maintaining strong and highly interactive graduate post graduate programs and by carrying out high quality research in a limited number of focused areas. In addition the experienced faculties members of this department help students to pursue their research in several important and emerging areas of technologies with unique and rice experiences.
Program Educational Objectives:
- To provide an integrated educational experience directed towards the development of the ability to apply pertinent knowledge to the identification and solution of practical problems in electronics and telecommunication fields.
- To ensure that the design experience includes both analytical and experimental studies.
- To prepare the graduates so that they excel in their in their profession with social awareness and responsibility.
- To train the graduates to be leaders in engineering, engineering management, applied research, and education.
